If you are very keen on « sagardoa » and Basque cuisine, this is your tour.
It consists of all the activities included in the « Essential Tour » with a cider tasting ending in a splendid traditional menu which includes delights such as : Red sausage braised in cider, codfish omelette, codfish with peppers, T-bone steak, local « idiazabal » cheese, quince jelly and walnuts, Almond pastries from Tolosa, and « TXOTX –style cider, straight from the barrel.
