Natural cider is the drink achieved from fermenting fresh apples. It's made the traditional way, with no added sugar and carbonic gas of exclusively endogenous origin. It acquires an alcohol level of over 4.5º and should be kept at a fresh, steady temperature. Petritegi cider is sold in three different formats:
We distribute our cider in two formats: large, 75 cl bottles, and smaller 33 cl bottles. Cases of 16, 12 and 24 bottles, and 25 litre barrels. Conditions of use: being a young product, our cider isn't intended for long storage periods. Once the bottle has been opened, the product will gradually start to lose its properties. Ideally, it should be consumed at between 10-13ºC in a large, fine glass, raising the bottle a little for pouring.
