The txotx rite
Wait patiently for your turn in the queue. If the queue has two lines, one person from each line is served alternately. When the person in front of you starts raising their glass up the flow of cider, you should have your own glass at the ready in the correct position, as this is the signal that they are about to move away. Be ready to follow suit!! The flow of cider just keeps on coming. Once you've got the right amount of cider in your glass, move away from the barrel and don't block the way for those behind you.
Serving
Hold your glass as shown in the pictures. The glasses used for drinking cider are extremely delicate. Be careful, they break easily. The cider should be served in such a way as to awaken its aroma and, above all, served in an amount that can be drunk in a mouthful. Cider remaining in your glass will lose carbonic gas and go flat. GO AHEAD AND ENJOY IT!!
