In order to ensure the safety of all your orders, billing and shipping details, we use the standard industrial encryption protocol known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
You can ensure that your browser is secure by checking that it displays the padlock sign; you will also see that the URL changes slightly: it no longer starts with http, but with https.
Petritegi offers you the possibility of paying by card, this system offers top security guarantees. Remember, if it wasn’t safe, Petritegi wouldn’t offer it to you.

Exchanges and returns
How and why can I exchange or return my order?
The deadline for accepting returns, according to existing regulations, is 7 days from the date of receiving the order. All claims and/or returns requests must be made within 24 hours from delivery of the order. We therefore kindly ask that you inform us of such an event by calling our Astigarraga premises on 943 47 22 08 or by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the product to be returned and the reason for returning it. We only accept product returns when:
They are faulty or the shipment is incorrect. In this case, Petritegi will take responsibility for the cost of their return provided that the client provides reliable proof of such a circumstance to Petritegi within seven (7) days from the date on which the order was delivered. Once this communication has been received, the Petritegi transport company will collect the incorrect or faulty shipment, for the purposes of which the user must provide Petritegi with the address and times at which said collection can be made.
To return an order, the product must be in perfect conditions and, extremely important, in its original packaging. To make the return, the user must present the receipt or invoice issued with the order. Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse, we will check their condition and proceed to exchange the product within a maximum of 30 working days. We may very occasionally be unable to maintain this deadline for reasons outside our company’s control. Remember that the products we commercialise are of excellent quality and some may be the result of an ongoing traditional process; for this reason, and in order to be able to respect our guarantee of quality, the aforementioned 30 days may sometimes experience a modification (always in the endeavour to offer you the very best of services). In such exceptional cases, we would inform you of the situation as soon as possible to offer you an alternative that may interest or suit you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Should the goods fail to meet any of the conditions under which the return was accepted, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to return the articles rejected by us. All costs involved in such a return, including the cost of transporting the articles in question, will be paid by you. If you reject this option, Petritegi can choose to keep the articles and the amount of their purchase.
If you do not like the product, you can only exchange it for something else in our catalogue and can never request a refund of amounts paid.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE MADE FOR PRODUCTS OPENED OR FROM WHICH THE SEAL HAS BEEN REMOVED.

In order to be able to return the goods for the reasons indicated, you will require prior authorisation to do so from Petritegi; if authorised, you will be liable for all costs arising from the collection and subsequent re-shipment of the product. If, once we have received the goods to be returned, the warehouse staff observes that they do not meet the Petritegi returns policy, the goods in question will be returned to your address and you will be liable for payment of the transport costs incurred by doing so.
Returns at our establishment: Articles purchased online can also be returned to our Petritegi establishment at Petritegi Bidea 201115 Astigarraga, Gipuzkoa (Spain), where we will only accept products that have not been opened and that have their seals intact. To make a return, the user must present the receipt or invoice issued with the order.
Methods of payment
How can I pay for my purchases?
All purchases can be paid for using Visa or MasterCard; also, using a 4B debit card, Maestro, Visa Electron and by means of the PayPal system. Whatever the case, the method of payment is chosen during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
Once you have completed your personal details for the order, you can proceed to pay for your purchases by means of your chosen online platform. Both platforms guarantee the confidentiality of your information and protect it during the process of transferring your user details, offering safe transactions while guaranteeing the appropriate management and confidential handling of your details.
The payment platform will ask you to enter your credit card details and a number of personal details such as your name, surname and ID number.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed.
For orders of more than 8 boxes, purchases will be formalised by calling our telephone: +34 943 472 208, or by email at: email@example.com. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. In this case, you will be attended by a specialised member of our team who will give you personalised advice, note the shipment details and give you the appropriate IBAN number or bank account code.
Automatic shipments are currently only available for mainland Spain. If you would like to receive our products in the Balearic or Canary Islands, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will give you the best rates for your order. We work continuously to obtain the lowest market rates and therefore offer you the best prices at all times.
The delivery time is 3 working days once payment of the order has been confirmed. In the event of our company detecting a potential delay in said deadline for reasons beyond our control, we would inform you by email or telephone, explaining the reason for the delay and offering you potential alternative solutions, always bearing your convenience in mind.
Once the product has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification usually including a tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your order on the transport company website.
The transport company will deliver to the address indicated by the user during working hours. The transport company will make a total of two correlative delivery attempts. In the event of being unable to make the delivery, the transport company will return the goods to Petritegi at Petritegi Bidea 20115 Astigarraga, Gipuzkoa (Spain). The costs originating from such a return, and the cost of sending the goods a second time will be paid for by the user.
The Basque Country:
Free shipping on orders of more than €60. For smaller amounts, we will charge a shipping cost of €3.63; this charge will be clearly indicated and will appear in the purchasing process.
Free shipping on orders of more than €100. For smaller amounts, we will charge a shipping cost of €9.68; this charge will be clearly indicated and will appear in the purchasing process.
We do not yet provide automatic shipments to other countries. However, should you wish to make an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com, where we will be only too happy to provide you with information about the purchasing process and associated shipping costs.
Every day we check to ensure that all of the products appearing on our website are available. However, demand for certain articles is sometimes very high, obliging us to delay shipment. Customers will be informed of such an eventuality and under no circumstances shall Petritegi accept liability for potential delays arising from such a situation.

We have designed our website in such a way that you can see the complete list of brands and products we offer from the presentation or home page, in addition to all of the information you need to get to know and contact us, about our shipping conditions and your shopping basket.
You can see our products by browsing through our website. When you have finished searching, add the product to your basket by using the BUY option, which will guide you through a safe and simple process during which, if you wish, you can continue adding products to your basket or close the order, thereby taking you to the payment gateway.
At the time of making your payment you will be given the option of paying by credit card or using PayPal, all in very safe conditions. It is therefore important that you save the order and shipment confirmations once you have received them.
You will know that your order has been successfully placed when you receive your confirmation email. Please note that the only information kept in our files is related to shipping addresses and personal details; we neither receive nor file details referring to your credit card; these are directly managed by the corresponding payment platform.
Every day we check and update the stocks in our warehouses to offer you exact information on the availability of each product. However, we may occasionally experience exceptional demand for certain products, causing delay in the shipment of the requested product. In this case, we will offer you the best option for receiving your desired goods.
