Features of Petritegi Aparduna Sparkling Natural Cider
Petritegi Aparduna cider is characterised by its fine, elegant bubbles and its unmistakeable personality. We make it using some of the best native apple varieties: Goikoetxe, Txalaka, Manttoni, Mozolua, Urtebi Haundi and Moko, among others. We allow secondary fermentation in the bottle (following the traditional or champenoise method) and then degorge it after laying it down for 9 months. This gives us a dry brut nature cider, of slight acidity and notable crispness.

Organoleptic and sensory features
Pale yellow with golden glints.
Fine bubbles that rise slowly and very elegantly.
Crisp, fruity aromas, in harmony with certain toasty nuances.
Dry sparkling natural cider, with slight acidity and notable crispness, both typical of the Basque cider apples from which it is made.
Recommendations for serving
Serve at a temperature of between 5º and 7º C, pouring it slowly from very close to the lip of the glass, holding it at a slight angle.
Bottles of Petritegi Aparduna should be stored in a vertical position in a cool, dark place free from inappropriate smells.
